Terms of Service
Last updated: 5/21/2026
1. Acceptance
By using GitLaunch ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
GitLaunch is a front-end interface that helps users deploy ERC-20 tokens and Uniswap V4 pools on the Base network via the Clanker protocol. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on GitLaunch constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. User Responsibilities
- You will not use the Service to deploy fraudulent, infringing, or illegal tokens.
- You will review every deployment parameter before confirming — transactions are irreversible.
- You are responsible for any taxes arising from your activity.
5. Risks
Blockchain transactions carry inherent risks including smart contract bugs, network congestion, price volatility, and total loss of funds. You accept these risks.
6. No Warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or successful execution of any transaction.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitLaunch and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the maintainers of this deployment.
